The steps of our collaboration

Step 1: understanding your needs
Together, we define the scope of your project, the technical and logistical constraints, the adaptation needs, the schedule and the cost.
Step 2: setting up the learning experience
We work with your IT team to conduct a technical test. We develop the options material, manage the enrolment of your employees, and let you validate the entire experience before deployment.
Step 3: deploying your training program
We run the training courses with your employees until they obtain their ‘passport’. We produce a regular follow-up report with key metrics. We debrief together at the end of the project.
